.458 Lott AHR
Built by Wayne Jacobson of American Hunting Rifles on a CZ 550 action. This .458 Lott has many well thought out features. With a six round mag capacity, AHR three position safety, AHR trigger, and modified bolt handle, this is a true dangerous game rifle! It features a one of a kind peep sight that sits flush with the rear bridge. Once the scope is removed by 1/4 turn of the Alaska Arms rings, by the push of a button the peep sight pops up and locks into place. The well laid out English walnut stock features a trap door grip cap, two cross bolts, and an ebony fore end tip. The 24 LPI point checkering pattern is well executed. There's some minor engraved embellishments on the grip cap, floor plate, cross bolts and guard screws. The rust blued metal finish remains in excellent condition, the bore is bright and shiny, and the stock is in very good shape. There's a few minor handling marks as one would expect from its recent successful buffalo hunt in Africa. This rifle is ready to be put right back into action!
